National Registry of Foreigners 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The National Institute of Migration (INM)<\/strong>, as of March 03, 2021, will update the National Registry of Foreigners<\/strong>, benefiting those who had an immigration document, either as a visitor or temporary resident<\/strong>, issued in 2019 or prior years and to date is expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

The foregoing, regardless of whether they have incurred in an irregular immigration situation due to administrative aspects, as long as the foreigner has complied with the laws in Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The requirements for regularization enforcing the Pilot Program for Migration Regularization 2021, are minimal<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regularization application form filled out online.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passport<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appearance of the foreign person. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment of rights for the reception and study of the application for regularization, in the amount of $1,410.00. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment of the fine that the INM determines after the appearance, which can be approximately $1,793.00<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment of rights for the condition of stay requested and authorized by the INM<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Request letter, stating "under protest of telling the truth", that there was a legal stay in Mexico during 2019 or previous years<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FMM, visitor card or temporary resident card, if available.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
