      The Civil and Family Law<\/a> grants the Judge the power to apply protection and prevention measures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These measures must be requested within the request that your lawyer prepares and presents to the Family Court<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n\n\n\n

      Not all cases need the same measures, since each particular situation must be evaluated by the professional in order to provide an adequate legal defense.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
