What is a Promise Contract?


Also known as Promise Contract, it is the document by which the seller considers presented and delivered the information related to the price and the conditions through which the property will be sold.

In the United States it is commonly called the Letter of Intent (LOI) and is usually the beginning of real estate transactions.
